In life you need distractions, a source to fuel your weird side & a place that won’t judge you afterwards….This was the idea behind Weirdos, the creation of Jesse Fortney, the biggest Weirdo of us all.

The Weirdos Story

The nickname was given to him by childhood friends and has managed to stay with him ever since. So when Jesse decided to turn his concept for a local destination that pushes the boundaries of your average bar scene into reality, it seemed only fitting to name it Weirdos. With the support of family, friends and most importantly his Mom, Momma Weirdo, came the design and idea of what is now Austin’s “weird” little hang-out.

Inside Distractions

First things first, and that was installing wall to wall High Def TV’s that feature everything from NBA, NFL, and NCAA games all the way to UFC fights, Fuel TV and of course some action Sports Movies. Or listen to your favorite music with the state of the art sound system. For even more fun, Weirdos has a digital jukebox to choose thousands of your favorite songs.

Outside Distractions

Weirdos has a great patio for our drinkers that are the “outdoorsy” type with Live Music and a High-Def TV so you don’t miss a second of the game. And in case you’re wondering why Jesse thought 2 acres was the perfect size for his bar, Weirdos will soon have fun for all ages with volleyball, horseshoes, washers and a playscape for the little ones.

Weirdos Fuel

A little variety and some great prices is just what you need to unwind. Weirdos offers food and drink specials for every day of the week like Taco Tuesday night with $2 tacos & tostadas, $2 Dos XX pints and $3 margaritas.
